Sustainable Food Solutions

Outline of research:

We are quantifying the impacts of contrasting Brazilian beef systems, including impacts on the climate, biodiversity, pandemic risks and animal welfare.

Objectives:

We aim to identify the types of systems that best limit impacts and help farmers to mitigate.

Summary of planned activities:

Working with farmers to yield sustainable long-term improvements.
